Privacy Policy

HYPERDEN · Flagship PC gaming arena

This policy explains what HYPERDEN collects when you book a station or browse this site, why we hold it, and how long it stays. We keep the list short on purpose: a gaming arena needs a name to hold a seat and an email to confirm it, and little else.

01What we collect

When you use the booking form, we receive the name, email address, date, floor, and hours you enter. At the front desk we may note the same details to hold your seat and manage the queue. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site, and we do not build profiles beyond what a booking needs.

02Why we hold it

Booking details are used to reserve your station, confirm the slot, and reach you if the floor fills before you arrive. Front-desk records help us run the room fairly, seat walk-ins in order, and settle any question about hours played. We do not sell your details or pass them to advertisers.

03Cookies

This site sets one cookie, cookie_consent, only after you choose Accept or Decline on the notice at the foot of the page. It records that single choice so the notice does not appear on every visit, and it stores no name, email, or browsing history. You can clear it any time from your browser settings, and the notice will show again on your next visit.

04How long we keep it

Booking entries are kept only as long as needed to run the reservation and settle the visit, then cleared on a routine schedule. The consent cookie expires on its own after about a year unless you remove it sooner.

05Your choices

You may ask us what booking details we hold on your name, request a correction, or ask us to delete them. Send the request from the email you booked with so we can match it to the right record. We answer within a reasonable time and confirm once it is done.

06Contact

Questions about this policy go to the front desk or by email at [email protected]. This page may be updated as the arena grows; the current version always lives here.
