Terms of Use
These terms cover using this website and visiting the HYPERDEN arena. By booking a station or entering the floor you agree to the house rules below. They exist so sixty seats stay fair, calm, and ready for the next player in the queue.
01Bookings
A booking holds a seat on the name and email you enter; it is not a payment and takes no card details on this site. If plans change, tell the desk so the seat returns to the queue. Prices shown on the site are placeholders while the arena opens, and the rate charged is the one posted at the desk on the day.
02Hours and extensions
Your block starts when you sit down at a station, not when the clock strikes. If the queue held you at the door, the desk rolls your start so you keep the full hour on the seat. Extensions run by the clock at the hourly rate and are added at the desk while your station stays yours.
03Station conduct
Treat the hardware as shared kit. Own wired peripherals are welcome; ask the desk before swapping cables. Drinks stay lidded at the seat and open only in the lounge. Report a fault rather than working around it, and never move another player off a station — the desk handles seating.
04The night floor
After 23:00 the room runs quiet: low light, headset voice only, and a softer Main floor. Night packs run one flat block until open. The floor is adults-only after 22:00 unless a guardian stays on-site, and the desk may ask for photo ID. Reset passes work around you and never move you mid-session.
05Fair play
HYPERDEN is a place to play for fun and to compete on points, hours, and skill. Any tournament or leaderboard run here is scored by time and rank, never by money stakes. Conduct that disrupts other players — noise, tampering, or ignoring desk instructions — can end a session without refund of unused time.
06Liability and changes
Bring only what you need and keep an eye on your belongings; the arena is not responsible for items left at a station. We may update these terms as the room evolves, and the current version always lives on this page. Questions go to the front desk or [email protected].
